Do they send you a confirmation of some type, or tickets?
I posted a few weeks back on how my mom paid for not only her and my dad, but also for my family of four--two kids ages 14 and 8, without us knowing.

I talked to her yesterday and she hasn't gotten anything in the mail about it and I am starting to worry. She didn't write anything down when she made the ressie.......

Just curious if they do send something or if you just show up and give your name at the door.

IIRC, there is a check-in area over by the lake across from where the Party is held. They have a list of names, check you off and give you a wrist band.

Can you check-in by the American Pavilion before the concert as well? They don't give you much information.

I carry a copy of all of our confirmation numbers just in case we're not on the list!

I just reread your op. I'm sorry I hadn't realized she didn't write down her confirmation numbers! They do not send out tickets, the names are put on a list. As someone else has posted, you check in & are given a wrist tag. I would suggest calling dining to get the confirmation numbers just in case.

Each Party is different -- each one has a unique menu and group of vintners. You never know (except it'll be wonderful)!

I will now take a deep breath and calm down................I had visions of us getting dressed up, trekking through EPCOT, arriving at the Party and being told, Nope sorry.

Will advise my mom to call dining and see about getting those confirmation numbers just in case. $1000 is a lot to walk away from if we aren't on that list.
