Party for the Senses @ Epcot

Has anyone done the Party for the Senses at Epcot featuring La Nuba entertaiment. Would like to know if the food and entertainment is worth the price?

DH and I did the first party on the 1st and LOVED it - do a search on this forum - I know I wrote a little review while we were still there and have read quite a few others also. We felt the food and wine/beer/champagne offerings were awesome - the room and decor were beautiful - the LaNouba entertainers were amazing! The portion sizes were generous IMHO and enough for us to share if we just wanted to sample - the selection included all kinds of foods, desserts, cheeses - I tried wild boar and ostrich for the first time - enjoyed them both! If we lived in Fl this event would be an annual one for us - I may even be able to convince DH to fly down for it again next year - he's not a WDW lover - but he loved this night! It was well worth the $$ for us - the quality of the foods, wines and presentation was all top-notch!

Yep I commented on another thread - It was worth it for us, dh loves food, seafood, mushrooms, me not so much!! I believe its Forever that posted the pics too on the thread - do a search - she did a fantastic job!!

I totally think the food and wine and other offerings are worth the money. I barely noticed the entertainment except they play the music too loud.

We are leaving i 12 hours for our second annual trip for Party of the Senses!

If you can't get into any of the other events definitely go for this one. We did it last year and had a wonderful time. This year we were able to book all the food & wine pairings we wanted to get so we are passing on the party. My biggest complaint with the party is I think 2 1/2 hours isn't enough time to enjoy all the food and beverages they offer. I got full too fast, didn't get to sample some of the wines I had wanted to try and some of the desserts ran out too fast. They pour you very generous portions of the wines so if you don't dump it doesn't take long to feel the effects.
