We by huge packs of boneless chicken breast to flatten, season, wrap and freeze them up so we always have a meal that can be ready in 7 minutes flat. If yu open my freezer right now there's the flattened chicken, some black beans and always pork chops. So easy to make ina rush.

I know no matter how hard I try, I'll never duplicate the real thing! Too bad I've only booked a studio this trip! If I had a real kitchen, I could have put you to work teaching me how to cook the authentic Cuban Dishes & I could have fed you some "real" Cajun/Creole Food! We could have had our own Cuban/Cajun Food Fest!
