Party for the Sense at F&W Fest

I've heard some talk about something called, Party for the Senses (I think that's the name, maybe wrong) at the food and wine festival in Epcot. What is this exactly, and how can I sign up to participate. Any help would be great.

THe party takes place on saturday nights during the fesitval and you have to purchase a ticket for it. The last time I went I believe that there were something like 15 stands around the millenium pavilion that you could get meals from various chefs at Disney, There are also wine tastings from I think all the vineyards that are at the festival(not sure about that one ) and there is also music and performers through the pavilion. The only thing else I would add is that you have two options either go with friends and claim a base table to have to eat on or you can "graze" your way around either way its a fun experience and one to do at least once

POS is held in the World Showplace area, Saturday nights from approx 6:30 to 9Ppm, and before that you get reserved seating at the Eat to the Beat Concert in the American Pavillion in the World Showcase. Afterwards, you see the fireworks, we never do this so not sure if it is a reserved area or not.

Last year Cirque de Soliel performed throughout the evening.

There are many, many booths, usually a "famous" chef and pastry chef along with the resort chefs, some restaurant chefs from well know restaurants around the nation. The food/chefs/wine change weekly. The wine is not the same that is served outside. There are also beers and one year they even showcased a new vodka.

It is approx. $100 per person, resort casual dress, although you will see people in jeans and shorts, but rarely. You will be given a wine glass which you get to keep afterward, and the plate, which you do not keep. You will also be given a program listing all the booths and what is at each..kind of a map if you will so you can decide what you want to eat/drink.

It is a lot of fun. Reservations last year started on July 25th..so we should be getting some news soon about what is when and what date reservations start...hopefully anyway.

This event truly sounds like a lot of fun! I wish we would be down for F&W this year to check it out. Oh well, maybe next year!
