Those are cute too. I could never get DH to wear it though. Kudos to you!! Is the free shipping just today? I thought it was always like that.

Oh I don't know it might be all the time but I saw it on Facebook so I thought I'd share. DH has agreed to all clothing choices this trip, yay! Hes agreed to tie-dye mickeys and that shirt of I could get it.

Good morning my Disfriends! I wanted to see if I could pick your brain for a little here and see what y'all think.

I'll thinking about upgrading one if our base tickets to park hopper for Christmas day? I originally wanted to do Christmas Day at MK. I know it will be crazy full but figured since we are doing MVMCP we would have done mostly everything anyways. The one thing I'm doubting about is the park being closed due to being up to capacity. I HAVE to get back into MK for our ADR that night at BOG.

I have never been on Christmas Day, but I would go at rope drop and plan to be there all day. I would definitely be worried about it closing to capacity. Just find a bench and people watch if you need to rest. You dont want to miss that BOG ADR!!!!!

What a busy Saturday! I often get e-mail coupons from stores but those stores wont accept them if I just show them from my Iphone. They should get with technology! I am sorry about your Dad! Glad he found a good job though.

Thanks! Yeah, I wish more places would just let you show them the coupon off an iPhone!

Dad had a great first day of work, AND our air to MCO was $175 less per person flying out of St. Louis instead of Kansas City and we can just crash at his condo out there the night before the flight. That discovery pretty much paid for the upgrade to the DxDP, so I really can't complain too much!

Thanks Valgoof.. No,I don't want to miss that ADR. I guess I just have to take it easy that day. I plan on having my kids do Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom and prepaid get a few fast passes for the attraction they want to do again. But I'm not sure about waiting in line. Maybe do the Hall of Presidents, visit the Main St. Shops and do some shopping!

Sigh.. My DH has prohibited me from spending anymore $$$$. So, I'm going to refrain from looking those t-shirts up. =( Anyone do matching shirts for your trip?

Last year the 3 of us wore matching tie-dye OSU shirts. We got lots of nice comments, but all the attention got old after a while. We started at AK, hopped to MK and then changed shirts before going to dinner offsite and to DHS that night. It was a Block O and most people knew what it was and said Go Bucks, or Go whatever team they liked. Walking into Africa in AK, one of the greeters on the bridge said Oh, you really like tie-dye, don't you? It was so funny with his accent and just knowing he had no idea what the O was. I also had the Mickey tie-dye shirts for all of us for the next day and no one would wear theirs with me. I made sure to compliment every group I saw with matching shirts. This year I am not even trying. My clothes will all be Disney shirts. DH is buying a bunch of Cincinnati Reds shirts.

We did them last year and we wore our NFL team Jersey the day they were playing Tampa (I'm not mentioning their name because they did terrible last night on MNF..LOL). It was fun to get reactions from everyone both for and against.

It feels like forever since I've been on the DIS! I missed y'all!

October: This weekend I'm going to Columbus to see the Buckeye/Cornhusker game, next weekend our AHL team opens their season with games Friday and Saturday, and then I'm seeing a concerts Saturday and Monday night. After that, I'm working nine straight days (fall break week) since the circus is in town (so I'll be working as part of the medical team for that). The last weekend in October has me working on Friday night, and maybe going to Halloweekends on Saturday (at Cedar Point).

November: The first weekend I'll either be home studying, or attending a bat-mitzvah in Portland, ME. The next weekend Beauty and the Beast comes to Playhouse Square (our major preforming arts center). The weekend after that, there are back to back events I'll be working (NBA on Friday, AHL on Saturday). That takes me to Thanksgiving break (and my birthday), which will partially be spend with family in Columbus, partly in Cleveland.

December: The first week is my last week of class, and the first weekend has NBA and AHL games on Saturday, which will be a *long* day at work. The second week of December is finals week, and I also have tickets to the Carrie Underwood concert in Columbus on the 11th. After that, we leave on the 14th!

Wow. That's busier than I thought....

We LOVE Cedar Point! We haven't been since summer of 2011 and we miss it! Since hubby is from Warren OH he misses both Cedar Point AND his Buckeyes. :(. It'll be good for you to be busy!

The first one is All-American Rejects with Boys Like Girls. The second one is All Time Low with The Ready Set.

I also have tickets to see Ryan Cabrera with Rookie of the Year on 10/21, but forgot to list that.

Cool!

I'm going to see Justin Bieber in January .... are you impressed :scratchin

:teeth:

If we had kids I totally would! But since it is just DH and I, I feel a little silly doing it. The funny thing is we are on a very similar wave length because I will get ready for work in the morning first and then he comes down stairs wearing the same colored shirt. This happens at least 3 times a week. So I guess it will just happen :rotfl2:

Some tips on this thread.

Where do you live? We're in StL. When do you leave? Are you flying Southwest?

Me too! I've got 2 shirts for each of us already sewn for the tie-dye shirts...I just need to do the dye part!
