PART TWO *December 2012 Roll Call* Holidays, FLE & MVMCP!! A very, merry thread!

Hi! I've been lurking but wanted to come out and say hi. I am going Dec 9 - 15 staying at Art of Animation (Little Mermaid) with my Mom. I'm excited because it is our first girls only trip and it will be my second time at WDW in December.

Welcome!! Happy we brought you our of lurkdom!

We won't have to wait til Dec for the frequency of posts to increase. Remember, The MVMCP starts Nov 9th. Also, CP and Osbourne start at Thanksgiving weekend. Sites like allears and others will have reports and blogs. Not to mention, our brethren over on the November 2012 thread. I'm sure they will provide BOUNTIFUL insight and pics for re-posting. That, along with the customary seasonal change of restaurant menus, reviews, people changing dates, ADR's and other people joining the roll call...

Part 5 might be aiming low.

Perhaps we have found our next contest!! haha

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if I could be added to the list?

We are arriving on 12/9 and staying at the movies resort

This will be my 20th time to Disney and my kids 3rd trip!!

I really dont know what I'm more excited for...Pirates League (yes I will be joining the kids in the transition ), BOG, MVMCP or Fantasy Land.

I am a Disney junkie and love knowing I'm not alone in my obsession.

I'm a little shy (even online...go figure ) and have wanted to get more involved in the discussions...I think this is the best way to break the ice.

The only times I have been to WDW and needed a rental car, was when me and my friends budgeted a Universal Studios day. So, if you are planning on going to US, or Sea World or into Orlando proper, it might be worth it to you. But, everything else on property can be reached either by Disney transportation or a < $20 cab ride. Even the town car services down there are reasonable in regards to cost. Try to get a few business cards when you get to MCO.

That's the only reason I had the car to begin with .....but it was $160 and I was only wanting it for 2 days. . We figured it was cheaper to take the airport shuttle to RPR then taxi from there the next day to POR. Plus at RPR you have to pay a $14 parking fee PER DAY!

Ditto here. I'm sitting in my Bioethics lecture (which is the most interesting we've had this semester), but I can't help but keep checking here to see what's going on.

I'm thinking we might have to get one of each and have a cupcake buffet!
Especially since the line to get in there will probably be longer than the one for Space Mountain!

I could have used this last year!! I have many, many pictures of blurry Osborne lights and some really odd ones of the Main St wreathes. Not sure what happened there. Ok really, can he just come with me and take pics?

YAY!!! I was so sad to have a game that I couldn't play. But if they are there for CS too....I want the chocolate cupcake!!! Guessing DH will get the strawberry one so I can try both.

Ugh, outside life issues have made it so hard to keep up lately!

My grandmother is still not doing well. Her BP yesterday was 88/40. Not good.
On top of that, my oldest is having a hard time in school & it's very frustrating for all of us!
Is it time for vacation yet?! Please?!

Good Morning everyone!! Today DH starts his new job. Crossing fingers that all will be okay with him taking a week off in December.

So as I see on various blogs that Disney is re-painting entrances, finishing FLE (minus Mine Train), installing Osborne and Castle lights.. I can't help but get this song in my head.

Hmmmm. We're paying OOP for BOG so I'll probably skip dessert, esp since I'm trying to do Wishes Dessert Party that night! But they all sound good to me....would lean toward the MK sugar added lemon raspberry cream puff since it sounds so different!
