Where is everyone today??? I have actually gotten work done. This was an old conversation, but now I am going to see Nemo 3D on Sunday with DB.
And I cancelled San Angel Inn, moved Tutto to a different night and booked LTT dinner at 4:15 on our MVMCP night. We were going to sleep in that morning and go to Epcot for a few hours before the party, but now I am thinking we will hang out at the resort, do laundry and go to the mini golf near BB and then just head over to MK when we are ready. We will still have a park ticket for that day so we can get to MK before 4:00 or go to a park if we want.

Man, I've noticed this week seems to be rough for a lot of people! On Sunday, I had a muscle spasm so bad it knocked me over and sent me to Urgent Care. I'm back at work today but struggling. It's only September and I've got 80-something days until my trip, but I'm concerned that a doc will tell me that I shouldn't do some of the more hard-core rides on my WDW trip.

On a happier note, I'm halfway to paying off the trip, have (more or less) decided on a packing list, and have puchased everything that I think we'll need. Now, I'm stalking all the menus for our ADRs and probable QS places for lunch.

Is it December yet?

Unfortunately that's our adult night out for Epcot EMH. We'll be in MK during the day but we have R&C at 8:30. I've really been wanting R&C after DH and DSis did it our first trip. (I was on nap duty.)

I've been MIA a while actually, but still have been lurking around. Got back from DL just a little over 2 weeks ago. Been spending time writing a TR about that. Man it's a lot of work. Fun though.

Now it's time to kick the WDW planning into the next gear.

Welcome back!! I was wondering where you were. TRs do seem like a lot of work. I love reading them, but dont think I could ever write one.

These meals always scare me, lol. I know they are pre-set menus - and I'm such a picky eater I'm afraid I wouldn't like what is selected that day. If it wasn't for that, I'd definitely be signing up for it.

It's funny - we're the exact opposite. I was thinking that if we did this lunch, we would still want to at eat Saana again. Because they're sure to choose the tamest things off the menu and we'll want to try the most interesting.

We had good options. One dish was steak, one seafood, and one vegetarian. All looked appetizing and were beautifully presented. And for the less adventurous eater (same as for those with allergies), they will gladly leave off a sauce or an ingredient for you, just ask.

They can be a lot of work, but they're fun to write. You get to re-live all the fun times you had at Disney all over again. Especially when adding pictures to your TR. It's like you're seeing it all again for the first time.

82 days to go woohoo, I am having back troubles too think I pinched a nerve the closest I can get an doctors appt is October 16, sucks but it way better now then a week ago.

Tofubeast that's great news, and quite a scare. I actually got laided off two months ago, I did get offered a job, but have decided to get school and a Disney trip in and stay home with my newborn. All I can say is thank god for saving so we will be just fine.

It seems like the closer we get to December the slower the time goes, but I guess once the holidays start rolling around it will come quicker.

Soooo... I just bit the bullet and booked an Illuminations cruise for 12/8/12.

Anyone care to join?

It leaves at 8:00 from Yacht Club.

I'm open to ideas for how to split it... At the moment it is just myself and my girlfriend. We may have another couple with us so that leaves 6-8 spots.

If another 2 people want to join then we can split the costs evenly or if we get enough people interested we can split it by 10.

Total cost is $346.13

Tempting. We're in Epcot that night. But our plans are so in flux right now I can't commit. We would either be 6 or 8.

Going in for my MRI tomorrow. Been reading up on scooter rentals and such incase I need one come Dec. Kinda bummed because this is now more expenses we were not counting on. Probably looking at around $200 more added to the vacay for the scooter rental and upgrading our car rental to full size to fit said scooter. I just am hoping that is it just the menscius and not a torn ACL as well. I think menscius surgery is supposed to have a shorter recovery time than an ACL repair. Still, I doubt I will be 100% by the time we go to Disney..... *whines* Might as well throw out all my beautiful plans. ( Okay, I am feeling like a sorry sap for myself. Things will be fine. I will probably have to take things at a slower pace and plans may have to change, but we will be in DIsney and it will be fun no matter what!!)
