Hi Rho!!! :wave2: I didnt realize it was your first trip (basically)!! Hope it is a great one!!!!! :goodvibes

Love the special guest!! I never pictured Mickey as a lush, but he probably needs to be to stay so happy all the time. :rotfl:

:offtopic: Went to WW today. We didnt have a meeting last week, so for 2 weeks I lost 3.4 pounds. Total for 5 weeks is 10.6 pounds. :cool1::cool1:

Hello Rho - I hope your trip with DBF is magical!

And hello Mickey!!!
Thanks for stopping by and getting us even more excited while we're waiting :-) :rotfl:

Excellent addition to the get to know a roll-caller section, Tofu!

Congrats!!! That is so awesome!! I have never done WW but hear it is an excellent program especially from the support standpoints. Great job! Speaking of working out with DD1 not feeling so great I haven't exercised this week... So got on the treadmill and did 6.25 miles... I'm exhausted!! But if I keep it up for 4 days I will hit my 25 mile a week goal!

And I am so excited to say I am going to Disney THIS MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're the same age!! I share my Bday with Simon LeBon.

I'm glad you have power back. We haven't heard if the DBF's parents have it back yet.

My cousin has a b-day the day before Simon's. Mine is 4 days after John Taylor's.

My mom called me last night. She finally got her power back on. Hope your DBF gets it back soon.

:wizard:

Hi Rho - Great bio :) :goodvibes I love the over stimulated part!!

And Tofubeast! HAHAHAHAHAHA I love the special guest - absolutely fabulous!!!! You are just too clever :)

Thanks!! I called DH and he said "Do you weigh in while you are holding your purse? We know it is lighter now without your wallet." :lmao:

I would love a treadmill!! No space for it. Hmm..we need a new couch, but no one ever sits on it anyway. Could get rid of the old couch and put a treadmill in that space.

Happy Thursday all! I have had a busy day so far, but I think I'm all caught up now!

Exactly 4 weeks from today, at this time, I will have already landed at MCO, taken DME to POP Century, checked in and should be in AK by now!:cheer2::woohoo: Now, to get done everything I need to still do before then!!! :scared1:

Thanks everyone.. I'm so excited.. I'm feeling really blessed that the storm didn't hit us worse and that we are still able to go on our trip.

Since I sent that to Tofubeast we are now up to 12 ADRs. :rotfl: I added an 'Ohana breakfast.. I should have sent him a pic too. Maybe I'll post one later tonight..

Tonight's project is trying to design my own Mousekeeping envelopes. I'm going to try using GIMP (free) if not, I'll just buy PhotoImpact. It's $30 right now.

Tomorrow will be ONE month until we leave and I have so much I have not done yet!!!! I want to do tue dyes yet for DH and I. I wanted to find cute shirts for us to wear on our anniversary. I thought, oh I'll have time. Yeah way to go procrastinator!!! It will get done if I'm up to 1am doing it. Plus all my other todos. Packing, making a must do attraction list, call bank to add a travel advisory to our account, sent a note to DS6's teacher letting her know my parents will be with the boys all week, leaving a note that my parents can seek medical treatment for my kids (hopefully they don't need that one). I'm sure there is more but I'm kind of frazzled thinking bout it, so I'm forgetting things. Better go sit down and write out a list.

We leave in 43 days & are all so excited! I do feel a little bad as I read through all of the threads on disboards, since we are not doing any planning or advanced reservations....all that I have planned out is which park on which day. We're just going to take each day as it comes.

It's my husband and I, along with our 2 teenage daughters. We haven't been to WDW since they were 6 and 8 years old.

Anyone else do this? And if so, what are your thoughts.

Just got an email that my new Disney Visa is on its way. And my Disney Store order that I placed on Monday is on its way and will be here on Friday. That was quick!!!! They must love me there. :rotfl2:

I would say a lot of people do this. Most of this group, however are big planners. :goodvibes You will be there when I am. Crowds won't be Christmas week busy, but you should at least know which attractions you really want to do and how to use fastpass. As far as food, counter service doesnt require reservations and there is a lot of variety. If you want a sit down dinner somewhere, I would make reservations. Where are you staying??

I love my treadmill- I wouldn't have been able to lose all the weight during the winter months. They make some good space saving ones too!

There was a good article on John Taylor in People a couple of weeks ago - he was my fav :goodvibes I actually went to school with his first wife, Amanda, we hung out a few times she was very wild so it was no surprise to us when she hooked up with him :rotfl:
