Thank you so much!!! I was wondering about doing Mousekeeping envelopes.

I think the decorations at the Grand Flordian are a cant miss, however I wouldn't trade 'Ohana for 1900 Park Fare!

That's awesome to hear. We just got an ADR for 'Ohana for breakfast but I was waffling between 'Ohana and 1900 PF.

Better safe than sorry is good. I'd much rather be safe than see something terrible happen.

We have had a few "earthquakes" around here... We had one originate in our town and it was like a 3 and I was home alone with a newborn. It scared the junk out of me- my husband wasn't home and I think he thought it was some post partum delusions! Thankfully I've never experienced a real earthquake and just a few shakes and shutters (one just a week or two ago) the worst part is it just catching you off guard.

Well went to haunted happenings today :)

My munchkins! Nemo was a hit!

OMG! Your children are just TOO CUTE!!

I sent my travel agent an email, letting her know that Abby and I had dropped 1900 Park Fare and replaced it with California Grill for our Monday dinner. She replied that she liked the idea, but really liked 1900 Park Fare - she said she thinks it's one of the best meals on site.

She recommended dropping 'Ohana and replacing it with 1900 Park Fare, because 1900 Park Fare is a "can't miss". I've never heard anyone else say that...thoughts?

I've heard California Grill & Ohana referred to as 'can't miss' but not 1900 fare. I think, if you have not been to WDW and go by Disney onsite write ups then I could understand you assuming that.

Thats what I thought, too. So when I had a travel agent (who only does Disney trips) say that 1900 PF was a can't miss - over 'Ohana dinner - I got a little confused.

That is a very cute Nemo costume! I do miss my DS5 being smaller and not having an opinion about his costume then we could dress him up in what we wanted instead of what he wants now ...

Levenhopper I'd go with whichever menu looks better to you. People are going to tell you which one they love more, but since both seem to get pretty positive results, it probably should come down to what you want to eat ...

I agree completely!!

I have enjoyed dinner and breakfast at 1900 PF, but the characters were a large part of that. I like the dinner food better at Ohana. (For breakfast they are even on the food and characters)

Doing a HUGE happy dance!!!!

I had a brainstorm today that since we have to book our Westie at doggy daycare till Saturday anyway...we might as well just come back on Saturday vs. late Friday afternoon. Since we have a DVC studio we are renting, we couldn't add a day (too much hassle plus prob no availability), so we decided to just go with a value for a night. Found me a Little Mermaid room at AoA!!! :cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

Super excited that we get to check out this new resort, and hopefully enjoy the Nemo pool! Now I have a wide open night to book an ADR!! hmmmm

I kick myself for not booking 6 nights back in January, so now we get 6 nights. yay yay yay!

Hello Dis-ers. Can I ask you to keep my hubby in your thoughts and prayers. He is a truck driver. He has to deliver a load from southern NJ to Mass tonight into tomorrow. We aren't expected to get the worst of the storm tomorrow night so HOPEFULLY he'll be home before that happens. But if there is a tractor trailer ban he could get stuck out during the worst of the storm. Crossing my fingers and praying he gets home safe. Thanks for your positive thoughts and prayers.

Absolutely! He will most certainly be in my thoughts, you both will because I know you will be worried

Your TA has given you other questionable advice, so I am not sure I would listen. I agree with Taaren, look at the menus and pick the one you like. 1900 PF has good character interaction, but that is the ADR you have questioned the most. I vote keep things the way they are. The others will be there on your next trip. :goodvibes

He is in my thoughts. Sandy is moving slower than expected, so hopefully he will be back before it gets bad.
