Oh no, its super super short! Short as in boy short at the back with just a little length at the sides. My hairdresser was having a scissor happy moment and she loved it.

Oh! Found a photo ... its just like this except mine is dark.

Super cute hairstyle, and you're braver than I am. I would have freaked seeing all that chopped off hair falling to the floor!

I'm such a chicken abt hair. I love the evil queens hair in storybrooke on once upon a time, but I just can't do it. Lol I know it wouldnt look right on me, nothing ever does.

Do you have a Ross in your area? That's where I've bought ours the last two times after many a suitcase-suicide and let me tell you their prices can't be beat! The best thing is they have a ton of variety and quality. For the mid-sized Samsonite I bought, regular price at Kohl's was $125 - got it at Ross for $45. I'm telling you, it's a great place to shop if you have time to look. Other places would be HomeGoods, Marshall's and TJ Maxx :thumbsup2

Never heard of Ross before. TJ Maxx is no longer in our area. I can try Marshall's. We have that near-by.

Oooh, you're brave! I bet it looks great :-)
My hair is curly and thick - if I ever cut it that short I'd look like a poodle! :scared:

Love that style! So cute! I really want to get my hair cut. My friend reminded me that I need to wait until after Halloween otherwise I can't pull my costume off and I really don't want purchase a wig.

Love that style. I almost went with a pixie but did a shaggy bob instead... Now just to wait a few more weeks so it will look good on vacation!

This is my hair now (about a month ago).

This was my hair about a year and a half ago and I really liked it, easy and fun. (Sorry, don't know why the picture is big)

I want to cut it again, but I get so bored that I always grow it back out and let's face it, no one likes the inbetween stage.

The one thing I like about getting a bob is it doesn't seem as annoying when it grows out and there is so many different ways to do it. I am going to make an appt tomorrow for 2-3 weeks from now. Even though I want to clean mine up badly (it's been since June!!)

Exactly! I throw mine in a ponytail every day now that it's long everyday. It will be funny if all of us end up getting bobs for December.

I had the bob for these past 9 years. It was easy in the beginning, but b/c my hair is baby fine and naturally wavy, I couldn't do anything with it anymore. I tried two different hair styles, but it still was not managable. So back in the beginning of August, I decided to go back to a bodywave. I love being able to put mousse in it and scrunch it while partially drying it. So much easier. Plus it works with my natural wave instead of against it.

I love them. My hair is very wavy and not curly and never straight so I'm just done with styles that cause me to fight it! I would love to go shorter one of these days. I live Gennifer Goodwin and her pixie. ;)

Gennifer's hair is beautiful! But that is a huge risk. I would be so nervous! Plus, I am sure the hubby would not like it :lmao:

I style mine wavy. I have a strong wave so I put some mousse in it, use a diffuser throw on a headband and go. I'll use a round bristle brush and sometimes smooth out my "bangs"....

Thanks everyone for the compliments, you're so sweet :goodvibes I actually get excited when I do bold stuff like this. We had a lot of fun in the salon and the way I see it, hair grows back or you can 'fix' it ..... or get a wig (which I nearly did the other day). This style will be super easy to keep (my hair is very wavy and hard to manage and it was taking 45mins to dry & flatten) I don't have to use a brush, just blow dry it all forward with my fingers for 5 mins, then use the flat irons on the front, 2 strokes each side so a total of about 8 ins - perfect for Disney!

Never heard of Ross before. TJ Maxx is no longer in our area. I can try Marshall's. We have that near-by.

Did you do a search for Ross? If not, Marshall's is a good idea too, I've seen luggage in there. Don't forget to check for coupons first ... signup with them!

My husband is pretty easy going in that dept... Plus when we met I had ultra short hair. I shaved my head once so I think I could do it. However it's the whole growing it out over time thing that's just so annoying!

Thats what I would have loved bu my waves were uneven and frizzy

tried the shorter look that was posted.....must have been one of those days that I said do what ever.....ya, I have natural curl and the shorter it is, the harder to deal with. I would love an easy "do" for disney, but I guess I will take the advise of my stylist and "embrase the curl"....little bit of mouse, spray gel and a lot of hair spray when in Disney(or I am sure my hair will , as my sil says, look like a toilet brush) right now it is still growing back from last wrestling seasons crazy day cut....almost presentable and just below the chin. hate having to spend a lot o time on the hair when I am on vacation!

It is adorable on her! My hubby doesn't care, I'm the chicken.

I'm in the under-2-Month-DisneyWorld Plan. I haven't been to WDW since 1983. Just started planning last week and we have 52 days left until we leave. So far I have ADRs at CRT (breakfast), Le Cellier (Dinner) and TTDD. I may need one more for breakfast at Kona. I might check out BOG for QS at lunch.

In all I'm happy with what we have. We're staying at BWI. We may try a couple other table service places but as walk-ins. That said, it's just BF and I. No kids. It's probably easier that way. No little one to try to keep happy.
Wow you've managed to snag some great ADRs in the last few weeks! And you're the first person on this thread I've met with a longer WDW lapse than me ... last time I went was around '91 or '92 (I was 11ish, don't remember the exact year).
Frankly, I've had so many airlines and cruise lines ruin really expensive luggage that I'm not sure just buying cheap stuff isn't the better way to go anymore. It doesn't hurt so much when the idiot baggage handlers break the frame on a piece from an $80 5-piece cheapo set, but when they break a $500 piece of Samsonite - :scared:
Ok, I'm thinking of checking out Sears/Kmart, Target and JCPenny for luggage. I've already checked Kohls but they're kinda pricey and Walmart whose selection is very limited. Can anyone think of any other stores for me to look in? I don't want to order online b/c I want to see it personally rather than just a picture. I also don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it either (ex. Samonsite).
Okay, here's the thing about Samsonite though. They guarantee their luggage. This means you can take any Samsonite piece of luggage into any Samsonite store, and they will repair it or replace it for free, even if its a style they no longer carry. I only get hard sided luggage since I travel frequently and get to hear luggage horror stories constantly from my mom who's worked for one of the legacy carrier airlines for over 30 years. I also use luggage straps because I've gotten my luggage back with the clasps popped open, but thanks to the luggage straps nothing fell out (though I've also lost a strap on the ramp). I've taken my Samsonite luggage to the Park City Samsonite store and they mailed it back to me on Maui repaired for free (new handles, new wheels) when things have gone wrong with different pieces since there's no Samsonite store on Maui anymore (and I know it was the airlines/train company's fault for mishandling).
If you're not going to use your luggage much, get the cheap stuff. But the expensive stuff is expensive for a reason, and well worth it since they'll fix it for you at no cost, including shipping if the closest store isn't near you.
I just got a Samsonite 24" suitcase from Marshalls for $70.
Okay, I wasn't in the market for any new luggage but now that you've said that I must go scope it out online since my Ross doesn't carry any of the decent quality stuff, only Delsey.
Taaren - No mickey mail from DVC  I booked my mom's first night at All Star Music and hope I get something for that (set everything up on my CC and address etc, also added my name to it so I could check her in and get room keys all set up)
That is sad. Oh well, I'll just have to be happy getting my ME tags ...
