Oh em gee. I go away for a week and I have about 80 pages to catch up on? :rotfl2::rotfl2: Good thing nothing is pressing in the office today! I hope all is well with everyone. 50 days to go! (can't wait for tomorrow!)

We spent 5 days at WDW April 2011, it was so crowded and hot! I hope since we are taking out 12 year old out of school that the crowds should be lighter at the beginning of December.

You're right we are Disneyland crazy, well at least my son and I are! lol

Have you done Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party? I'm just trying to find out if my tween is too old for it?

Thanks for your help! :surfweb:

Another Californian on the board. Hey there. We actually had tornado warnings near us last night and 80 degree temperatures a few days ago-crazy up north.

Are the "probable hours" based on last years extended hours? I'm okay with extending time later in the day but would like to keep the morning hours as is....especially because of my before park opening ADRs!

Yes, it's based on last year. Opening hours rarely change.

Too be honest I did look at Veterans Day weekend for a short quick trip:lmao: But most things were booked up and the ones that weren't were very expensive.

That weekend is always very crowded.

Update on new hairstyle ....

So, after a few mornings of doing it myself I can say that, with a bit of styling gel my hair looks like it did when the hairdresser did it; it takes 3 minutes to blow dry (no brush needed) and 1 minute with the flat irons for the bangs.

Best hair ever :cool1:

Oh and did I tell you I was going to Disney? :dance3:

Sweet! I am envious that you only have to spend 5 minutes on your hair!

I've got an appointment with my stylist tonight that I'm very much looking forward to. My hair has gotten WAY too long and has lost all it's shape.

I SOOOOO hope you are right about this. I don't want to end up having to make a choice between some of my breakfast ADRs that are currently scheduled for before the parks open and making rope drop if they move opening hours up earlier. :confused3

Now, adding hours on at night I'm all for! :yay:

Now that the time is getting very near, what are your thoughts on how you are going to tackle MVMCP? We need to start coming up with strategies! :goodvibes

We've never done MVMCP, but we did do MNSSHP last year, and this time we don't really care about rides. We did the fireworks and then the later parade on Main Street, which worked really well.:thumbsup2 My main goal is to meet Belle in her Christmas dress. If we can catch the Celebrate the Season show, that's cool too. Mostly we plan to enjoy the atmosphere and possibly meet some other characters.:santa:

50 days! I felt like I would never to get to this point. Eek!

And where have you two been??? :lmao: Yay for 50 days!! Tomorrow you get to drop that 5. :cool1:

In Detroit for a night, dealing with my partner's family, and then at work. Haha!

I get to pay the trip off soon, too. Yay!

Umm.......the general consensus on this board seems to be that working while at work is NOT an excuse to stay off the roll call :rotfl: Indeed some people merely use work as an excuse to stay on on roll call for 8 hours straight every day. :rolleyes1

Hooray on paying off the trip soon! I get my paycheck Friday and will be calling that evening to pay mine off :cheer2:

So I opened an envelope from my mortgage company this week and the envelope contained a check. My property taxes had dropped and apparently they had withheld to much for escrow. So not only did my mortgage payment go down by $100/ month. But I have a check for $1900 that I was not expecting. That makes the trip budget a lot less tight. :)

Hmmm I may resemble this remark. :rotfl2:

I know - before it took anywhere from 40mins to an hour depending on whether it wanted to co-operate or not.

What are you having done tonight?

Wow, didn't hear that. It was in the 90's here last week, cold now and it's suppose to be 87 by the weekend, what the heck! I would imagine you will be having rain? I think there is a good amount of snow in Tahoe?

Nice to see someone else from Cali. :cool1:

Awesome! Lucky you! I wish they had a like button on these boards. Would make life here a bit easier. :rotfl2:
