Well, if you do I apologise in advance. Its hard to convey stuff through words on a screen so I might come off as a <insert your word of choice here> because I'm trying really hard not to say too much and breach the DIS rules.

Trouble with the DIS is you have to be so polite because of the rules it makes you sound like a stuck-up you-know-what .... "with respect, kind sir" "politely agree to disagree" "I totally see your point of view ..." Ummmm, NO I DON'T

In threads like that I'd have a hard time with the rules, which is why I am NOT posting.. Some people really need to look outside their own little bubbles.

I stopped reading anything about MSB and cinnamon rolls, Strollers, ECVs, broken down rides.

So.. it's sunny and cold here today, I really hope we have good weather when we are there..

That's INSANE the amount of work they can done in one night! Talk about REAL Disney Magic

I posted this video to facebook yesterday; I posted the time lapse video of the gingerbread house at the GF, today. It's funny that it only takes one night to decorate the whole MK...but, it takes three full days to put up the gingerbread house.

I find it hard to deal with such anger because in real life, I just don't get angry ..... unless you mess with my family or friends.

I read a little of that thread then quietly out of there. I knew where that was heading. That and it was too long of a thread to read.

But you can read this one which, if you count all 4 parts is almost 900 pages long!

Just kidding! I try to stay far, far away from that thread too. Makes me start imagining other "uses" for the cast iron frying pan in my kitchen

Good morning!

So a couple weeks ago some moms and I on the playground were talking and Disney came up. One mom said "oh, we're going the week of Thanksgiving" and asked if I had any tips for her. So I sent her my standard email I send out to friends asking for jumping-off point advice, but told her it was for someone in the early planning stages and they were about a month out, so I didn't know how much help I would be.

Fast forward to yesterday, we are chatting about the trip and she thanked me for the information, and I asked about their plans. She said "Oh, we're just going to wing it, see where people want to go and take it from there." I asked if they had any ADR's and she said, "Oh, just a princess lunch, but we'll just walk into places depending on what we feel like." It took all my restraint not to have this face: . I understand not wanting to schedule yourself to a T, but going a holiday week and expecting to just wing it would really make my trip nerve wracking. I told her she would be okay for counter services, etc and wished them a fun time. I'm so interested to hear how it goes....

Wouldn't it be fun to stand on the sidewalk and eat a turkey leg for Thanksgiving???

It is funny...did you also say "cinnamon bun hoo ha?" I laughed about that. They are tasty...and as big as my face...I can see why so many people would want to focus on talking about them. I "liked" a GF board on fb and you would think the world was coming to an end...between the cinnamon buns, the MSB, and the new DVC...not sure how these people will carry on???

Good morning peeps!

We're at 16 days for us! The 80 degree temps with no humidity sound awesome!

However, my FIL did tell me yesterday that he may need to call the person who worked on the burner before. I believe it's a friend of his that's in the business.

Thankfully, my mom is only 2 minutes away and she already offered for us to stay over if we needed it. And we need it now that the weather is getting colder.

Two weeks can't get here fast enough, lol! I'm looking forward to warmer weather in Florida compared to this.

Well, the first positive is FIL saying he's going to call in the help! That's a huge step! Fingers crossed for you it gets taken care of quickly and safely.

25 more days!!!! And guess who wanted to stop off on our way to grocery shop, last night...to look at rings!!!! Just to browse, of course!

OH.EM.GEE that's such exciting news! Sending major good vibes your way and hoping for the best!

I went back and read the last few pages. That girl has some issues!! . Glad the virtual violence helped.

My day has been great. Watching tv. Checking menus and figuring out my OOP costs for breakfast and tips. Right around $200 and I tried to overestimate, not the $500 that DH seems to think it will be. But he will still say that is too much. I might tell him it is $300 and then act like I changed something to get it down to $200. He has no idea how much any of this trip has cost. Fun stuff comes out of my money.
