I agree. I would go ahead and book for two and try to drop it down later. What's the worst that could happen? If you lose the table you're no worse off than you are now.

I don't see the difference and I would say go for it. Consider it my treat! I'll be paying for a 3 yo who will most like eat her PBJ outside of the castle as opposed to the $35 dinner!!

I just booked it for 2 people, and she said it won't be an issue if I drop to one person later, I can still come myself. I am going to leave it at 2 people for now, just in case my friend does wind up coming he is already included!

First ride - Well, my partner and I will probably do what we did last year: take our time walking up Main Street and taking a few pictures of the castle, and then riding Haunted Mansion. Might as well make it a tradition, right?

Also, as far as the temperature goes, it was about 30 when I went to work today, so I'm definitely down with a low of 40 at WDW in December. Ha!

Here's my schedule so far:

Fri 12/7: EPCOT (CP and EMH)
Sat 12/8: AK morning/MGM (Osbourne Lights) night and possibly River Roost at POR afterwards
Sun 12/9: Resort hopping in the morning/Magic Kingdom & MVMCP at night (with a Dole Whip stop)
Mon 12/10: DTD morning/MGM (Fantasmic!) afternoon & night
Tues 12/11: EPCOT day/DTD night
Wed 12/12: Open day (with Le Cellier dinner)
Thur 12/13: Park hopping for merchandise/Departure at night

Just keep an eye out for the 6' 300 lbs Boston Irish guy decked out in Bruins/Pats gear (or a Mickey Mouse hockey sweater), and you've found BDL.

We will also be putting BDL and BDLsgal in our windows at POR-RGR, as well.

We'll be at MVMCP on 12/9. We should have a Dole Whip Meet Up?

YAY! I finally got it small enough.

It looks like our plans are as follows:

12/10 - Arrive BWI early afternoon. MK then Narcoossee's for Dinner
12/11 - Epcot - Les Chefs for lunch and Le Cellier for Dinner
12/12 - DHS - CRT for breakfast then park hop to DHS. Yachtsman for dinner.
12/13 - AK/DTD - Y&Y for Lunch, Fulton's for dinner
12/14 - MK - CP for breakfast, MVMCP and the TTDP.
12/15 - Open (thinking Epcot) Kona for breakfast. Coral Reef Dinner
12/16 - Open - Maybe MK and DTD. 'Ohana for breakfast HDDR for dinner.
12/17 - Check out and early afternoon train back.

What a productive day!!! Just finished making most of our dining ressies...still holding out hope for O'hana but, so far NOTHING...for any meal, on any day. Here is what I did get:

Sun 12/9: Whispering Canyon Cafe 1:05pm
Mon 12/10: Nothing...yet. We're spending the day at MK...hoping for O'hana
Tues 12/11: Nothing...yet. We're spending the day at AK; then MVMCP.
Wed 12/12: Mama Melrose's 3:35pm
Thurs 12/13: Sci Fi Diner 12:15pm
Fri 12/14: San Angel Inn 1:00pm; Rose and Crown or France bakery late night
Sat 12/15: The Crystal Palace 2:20pm

SO excited, especially for CP...however, I had to put a credit card number in and I have no idea how much the lunch buffet is per person.
Also, I want to make Mama Melrose's a Fantasmic package...not sure how to do that??

12/18 Animal Kingdom, lunch at Tusker House, dinner at Be Our Guest

12/20 MK, lunch at CRT

*Possible monorail bar crawl night.

There's a lot of shifting that can happen with my ADRs for 'Ohana, The Wave and Sci-Fi. I'll probably wait until early December to get them set in stone.

Good morning all! I hope everyone gets out and votes today. Took me 30 minutes this morning with the line at my polling place, but I got it done!

Still can't get a character meal at all, for any day I'm there. I'll keep trying and hoping someone cancels, but with 23 days until I'm there, it's looking less likely.

I scrapped my plans for the room decorations I was making last night and started new ones. Hoping I get them done tonight so I can post pics of them on here! They won't be as good as Tltorrez's I'm sure, but I like them so far!

I just a post on the Dec Cancelled ADR thread from someone whose parents live in the NE and called Disney Dining because they are concerned they may have to cancel their trip. The CM supposedly told this person that they are expecting to get quite a few ADR cancellations in the coming days. Makes me very sad for all the people affected. But, you may not want to give up on getting ADR's just yet.

Remember that FLE is not officially opened until Dec 6th. They won't list soft-open attractions because they could close at any time.
