I'm working from home and was looking for "background noise". I thought this fit the bill, perfectly!

I work from home, too but, could NEVER watch this AND work, at the same time. I'd end up with a blanket, a fire, some coffee. These boards are distracting enough...as you can see...I'm "working" right now! Can't wait to catch up with these, later.

I've seen these so many times, I can almost recite them. I think we might even have them (along with the AKL episode of "Great Hotels") burned to a DVD somewhere.

For me, they make good background noise. They won't distract me too badly, but it breaks up the complete silence which, to me, is more distracting than anything else.

Usually..it's Mike and Mike and then First Take on ESPN2. But I was looking for something a bit more "X-mas-y". I stumbled on these, first, though.

Well, the girl right next to me is fine, but her boyfriend beside her is obnoxious! Every other word out of his mouth is "F- this, f- that" and he keeps playing videos on his cell very loudly, that are not appropriate for the children all around us on the plane. And, and they are all over each other the whole flight. Oh well, less than an hour until I land!

I dislike inconsiderate people, immensely! Seriously, how hard it is to "behave" on a flight? I'm sure the toddlers around him were better behaved... how sad...

Punch him in the throat. Seriously, its one of those shock-factor tactics - its hurts and stuns all at once.

Ok, maybe you shouldn't do that then.

That was hilarious! but a little scarey too... you do realize, the Disney Street Gang is ficticious, right? Like we're not "really" a gang? Just sayin'...

I DS10 this morning by going into his room, turning on his light and singing real loud, "RISE UP! RISE UP! We're going to DISNEY!"

For those who asked yesterday...I managed to score my wife her coach purse this AM at the factory sale! It's not EXACTLY the one she wanted...it's her second choice (the khaki, rather than the pink):

With tax and shipping it was right around $70.

Oh no DD1 is sniffling and DD3 looks like something is going on... Grrr my DH is not a favorite right now. Bringing home sickness and infecting us all!!!

So tonight I ruined my DD's (almost 7) life--again. I took her to my hairdresser, a hs friend of mine. Her hair hadn't been cut since June, and I wanted it to look healthy for Disney World. I told him I wanted her to have a bob, and then asked what she wanted--silence! She won't talk around new people. So my friend starts cutting her hair, and it is SHORT! It is up to her chin--really cute--but she sobbed most of the way home. She said now her hair won't be long enough for a bun at BBB (oh, you're doing BBB now, I ask?), and she doesn't want her hair looking like this at Disney. I told her about the Diva style, where they add extensions, and showed her pics when I got home. Oy. Now she is saying again she doesn't want to do BBB. If I didn't love this girl so much, I tell you...

. Just remember....that what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger . Oy.....girls!

Destination HD (DESTHD, Channel 286 on Directv) starts showing some Disney focused shows at 10 AM Eastern (in about an hour and 15 min).
They're showing:

Undiscovered Disney Parks
Walt Disney World:Behind the Scenes
Disney's Animal Kingdom

All older stuff...but still.

Thanks DBF is working from home, so I was able to get him to set the Tivo for me.

Of course, it is a policy that I can pick up tickets up to 3 days early.....but I was more wondering about picking up my tickets early AT MY RESORT, rather than having to go to a Guest Relations booth. We're going to be cutting it close getting to DHS our first afternoon and I wanted to save some time by not having to get in another queue .

Well, I'm thru security and now waiting at my gate. It's a little scary, as there aren't even any employees here yet!! I have about an hour til boarding starts, so I can grab something small to eat and catch up on here before I leave!
