Well, the guy who played Cliff (John Ratzenberger) was also the voice of a few Disney animated characters. He was Mr. Potato Head in Toy Story and one of the "Bug's Life" characters too (PT Flea). So maybe he's in "Tough to Be a Bug"?

He was also in Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back, but I don't think he's anywhere on Star Tours.
