Hey guys! just to jump back for a second, the answer to my question was correct so an AAQ is due to btuftee! I know it's one of the 'easier' ones biut it's one of my favorite pieces of WDW trivia

There there Jen I have a couple of Black & Tans here for you. Pull up a chair and we can wait for Illuminations here at the Rose & Crown. I reserved the whole lower deck for the CC this evening ;)

Tink.... It was a great question! OUr favorite memories are what the CC is all about! Besides softballs keep us moving along. More chances for everyone. ;)

Happy Hour :bounce: :Pinkbounc

What is an "Imperial Sampler " and where can you find it?

:smooth:

I'll use my AAQ too, though this one might be really easy.

What is the name of the shop you'd find just east of Aladdin's Magic Carpets in the MK?

 Hi btuftee.... nice to see you here :)

Is it Aloha Isle?

:p

btufteeare you looking for agrabah bazaar, or house of treasure?

Mickeybabe> Thanks, I've been absent for awhile... good to be back on the boards. No, it's not the Aloha Isle. This place doesn't sell food (at least I don't think so!)

Pintrader> I think those may be shops in that area, but it's not the one I'm looking for. This shop is named after a real locality somewhere on the earth.

I believe the answer would be:

1. A beer sampler
2. Found at the Rose and Crown Pub, World Showcase, Epcot

RU

Hello everyone! I am new to Disboards and glad to be here. MBabe invited me to join in the fun!

:bounce: :Pinkbounc Welcomr to the Parks Game RU42!!!:Pinkbounc :bounce:

RU... yes it is indeed a beer sampler from the Rose and Crown.

I am honored to give you your very first AAQ card. :)

Feel free to join in and toss out a question.

Now a little bonus: Can you name the beers in the sampler?

Here's a round of Black & Tans... but first I'll need to see some ID ;)..... This DWhip Wench doesn't serve minors :p

Wahoo! Scores on his first question! Thanks for the card.

To answer your second part:
Guiness
Bass
Harp
and I think there is a 4th one.

:RU shows his ID so he can have a B&T with the crew:

And now my question:

In the former World of Motion, there are several 'inventors' showing their version of the wheel. Including the person with the round one, how many were presented?

Good Luck

RU

RU... there is actually two more beers...

Keep guessing....

RU... I'll guess three inventors, a triangle, a square and the circular wheel :)

RU... I'll guess three inventors, a triangle, a square and the cicular wheel :)

:p QUOTE]

 I am not sure of the other 2, maybe someone else can lend a hand, if anyone has one that is not filled with a drink that is.

World of Motion: Close, but there are more then 3 :smooth:

RU

RU... Uh... I'll add a stop sign... an octagon  for a total of Four inventors I guess. :p

I am feeling very generous this evening.. I'll give you a hint.... One begins with a "T" and is a Lager and the other begins with a "B" and is an English Pub Ale

Guess again ;)

:p

The first invented a square wheel, the second, a hexagon, and the third, a triangle. Beyond them is the fourth inventor who created the round wheel.

Imperial Sampler:
Guiness Stout, Bass Ale, Harp, Tennants Lager and Boddington's English Pub Ale

I will give it you. I actually think it was a Pentagon (5-sided) but you had the correct idea. (James was also close with a Hexagon.)

An AAQ card for MBabe

I see James already got the 2 brews I missed. Good job.

RU

James... Right you are!

An Imperial Sampler AAQ card for you!

You're up!

If you liked that directional Dumbo question, I've got loads of them hanging around!

Of the following attractions, which one travels in a different direction: Dumbo Flying Elephants, Triceratops Spin, Astro Orbitor, or Aladdin's Flying Carpets?

MK... You beat me to it :p... I'll have to say Triceretops Spin just to be different. ;)

Thanks 1 Hr. It's going to be a long season here as both DH any my college and pro team lost ... Eagles and Penn State:( Guess we will have to go to WDW to recover;)
Ummm...DJen...as much as I'd normally like to help here...I can't....We are on oppisite sides here....since Penn St. was taken down by my Boston College Eagles (not an alumni...just a big fan) and I hope the Eagles get shut out again next week by the Patriots (though it looks doubtful after the butt kicking in Buffalo....:)) But here's a Whiparita anyway.....

OK...one guess before I sleep...I'll really be different and asy Aladdin moves in the different direction....

OK...be back soon...have a good night and/or morning:)

Good morning all! And welcome back to btuftee...nice to see you again. And RU42, we hope you stick around...you're off to a flying start! :)

I think the ride direction question has been answered, so I'll toss out another one:

What popular WDW attraction was opened on July 17, 1992?
