Since the "Mr. Johnson" question was mine I will go back and check but I did not see the answer I was looking for. Some very close guesses though.
Back with a more definitive answer -- NO no one has gotten it yet. however two were very close. Somebody call the black monorail. I may get slapped with a citation.
Due to Walt's intense interest in space Mr Johnson character was named after the Johnson Space Center. Now I realize the Johnson Space Center was named after politician Lyndon Banes Johnson.
Disney continues to remain neutral as far as any political affiliation. So techenically he was named after a space center.
Granny... Oh that theatre. I read where there is currently a Castmember production going on that is only for castmembers and their families. Grease or Jesus Christ Superstar I think.
Kathryn... nice bit of trivia, Thanks
Speaking of Celebrations... Granny, when is the Parks Game's second Anniversary?
And a tricky AAQ card to Tink.....yes, the building is currently vacant and no public attraction there!! Nicely done! And welcome to the Parks Game thread. Now you get to ask a question for the group...don't forget to put it in bold!
And MBabe....you know as well as I do that the Parks Game 2nd anniversary is coming up on September 17.
If it's anything like last year, it will be a day (and night) to remember!!!
pintrader....I guessed Lyndon Johnson...but I think I just said LBJ.
Getting ready for the PG 2nd Anniversary party...any plans for it yet????
Oh well....time to drag out the CC plasma TV...the NFL has returned......time once again to "Get Ready for Some Football...."...who wants another Whiparita???
Now some guesses...is Camp Minnie Mickey supposed to be in New England????
Also...isn't "Sounds Dangerous" in the ABC Theater???
OK...I'm done....back to football...I'll be there if anyone wants to join me....
