All right...I've got the answers I was looking for, and then some on the characters in boats. I was defining characters as those characters that were in Disney cartoon or movies, and might be seen walking around the parks. That's why I allowed Splash Mountain....because B'rers Fox, Bear and Rabbit are characters who roam the parks.

But....I didn't say that, did I?

So, the final list:

Peter Pan's Flight (Tink)

Character riding on an attraction boat (Coaster)
