Leigh Ann...is the slogan of PoC "A thrilling adventure through dark mysterious caverns where 'dead men tell no tales' "??

Leigh Ann....I guess I can't count. 13 words.

MBabe, the time was not early in the morning and it wasn't in Expo Hall or the Walt Disney Story. All good guesses.

 Hint Time: This is not heard in any attractions.

Hi everyone. :) Busy weekend and I just now had a minute to catch up. Then it's back to work (yuck).

Let's see.... the PotC slogan... How about:
"They're closing the pirate show in Vegas, so we're the only one left".
Ooops... more than 11 words, so I guess that's not it. I was going to second Granny b/c that's what's on the post out front of the ride (by the barker bird), but I think we're looking for sometihng else.

So then I'll guess the HM question. "Be sure to bring your... death certificate."

Was Walt's favorite time...Christmas-time?

Was this heard on the back stage tour?

Leigh Ann... I know...

"Red head takes over Pirate's Ship with whip and shot gun"

:p

PM: It's not Christmas-time and it isn't on the backstage tour. Good guesses:D

Not sure if this has already been guessed for the Pirate's slogan, but I'll heave it out there anyway (as in "heave to and trice up"...lol). I'll say it's:
"Join a band of rowdy pirates on this action-packed voyage."

 Hi Jay.... I like the sound of that one.... I'll just hang up my whip and shotgun and add....

Leigh Ann.... I'll second Jay's answer. it sounds like a winner to me... and all in 11 words ;)

I have a pitcher of Whiparitas to take the edge of od a busy Monday afternoon :p.... Would anyone care to join me? ;)

:smooth:

Aargh Jay...who are you calling rowdy??...we're just a bit "energetic", that's all...:smooth:

MBabe...I'll help you with that pitcher!!! Aargh...beware of using that whip again on me ship...you know we like that! ;)

I'm busy packing up my things here at work. Wednesday is my last day here. I'm sure I won't have much time that day to pack. (Since I doubt I'm there long!!!)

Guesses: Closing Time, It's heard continually at IASW. The evil dolls are actually saying this in reverse! over, and over, and over.....

I'll toss out a softball to go with our refreshments....

Where in WDW have you seen this?

:smooth:

I see the CC has been busy today. Judging from the color and style, I'll guess the Beach Club.

I also want to pipe in on Walt's favorite time in WDW. I can find where he said it, but I believe his favorite time was when the lights came on after dark.

MBabe...is the picture from Pinocchio Village Haus??

:Pinkbounc gometros. Correct. Walt's favorite time was at night. The actual saying is something like: The park seems to come alive at night. In fact, it was Walt's favorite time in the park. :Pinkbounc

Now, the rest of the question, where have you heard this?

Actually, I heard it before many of you were born on Disney's Wonderful World of COlor on a show called Disneyland After Dark in 1962. I just assumed that th same could be said for WDW as could be said for Disneyland.

Pam... Yes we all see it each time we visit the Magic Kingdom, it is indeed the train station.

All Aboard AAQ card to Pam :bounce:

:smooth:

Sandy....we're about the same age and I don't recall that show. Now Annette I can recall...but Disney after Dark doesn't ring a bell!

Still trying to figure out where we've heard Walt tell us that about his favorite time in the park. Let's see, I'll guess that you can hear that at the Behind the Scenes Tour, or whatever they call it. Keys to the Kingdom tour or something like that. Am I close?

Pam.... How about on Main Street Transportation or the WDWRR at dusk.

:smooth:

Ahhh... Disneyland After Dark. I'm a bit too young to remember that, but did see it on Vault Disney and on DVD. Pretty cool! I gotta admit, I like seeing WDW as it gets dark. Too bad the park wasn't open late enough while I was there.

Other than the question about where we heard Walt's quote, do we have any out there? I think we're waiting on a confirmation or two also.

Jay... you have loads of AAQ cards.... ask us a question :)

And I have a nice cool refreshment for your trouble ;)
