Parks Game...Part 12! I Can't Believe We're Still Playing!

Where is the biggest hidden Mickey in the parks located? And what now obscures it from aerial photogs?

I know that a large part of MGM is designed so that there's a giant Mickey in the center, is that what you're referring to? I think part of it can't be seen now because of the Fantasia Sorcerer Mickey hat.

There's also a large one in the middle of the racetrack, but that's not in the parks. I noticed it a few weeks ago with Google Earth!

It is indeed the now only obscurely seen one from Disney Hollywood Studios! Darn Sorcerer's Hat!:wizard:

Thanks Amy!

Okay for this next one I definitely cheated.... I looked something up because my brain is mush from a long day on campus and I couldn't think of something to ask! I would never get this one myself, but see if you can!

Before being renamed the Liberty Belle, what was the steamboat that currently operates in Disney World named?

That would be the Richard F. Irvine!

What was the original name of the restaurant in Cinderella's Castle, and who was this person's daughter?

That was the fabulous King Stefan's Banquet Hall -- totally yummy French Onion Soup! I believe Stefan was Cinderella's father.

Close Cabanafrau! It was King Stefan's Banquet Hall, but his daughter was not Cinderella.

Hmmm...who is this mysterious daughter?

King Stefan's daughter was Aurora, Sleeping Beauty. Why were they in Cinderella's castle? Maybe they lost the lease on Sleeping Beauty's castle!

Since it's a beautiful autumn day in the Northeast...A bountiful feast of AAQ's to N10CJT, and Cabanafrau!

Thanks a bunch plutospup, although now I am wishing we were having some of that French Onion soup for dinner!

Including the one physical station, how many stations does the Tomorrowland Transit Authority have?

Thanks plutospup!
It is a gorgeous day here..... unforunately I've been ill! I'm going out to enjoy the end of it, though, I feel a little better and am keenly aware of the dwindling of such opportunities......

In any case, since I had NO idea about the first half of the question and only know the second part after I heard the answer to the first, I relinquish AAQ duties to the more worthy cabanafrau!

Feel better N10CJT & enjoy this autumn bonus beauteous Saturday. Can hardly lay claim to being "worthy". I was just lucky enough to eat there on my first trip to MK -- well, actually then that was Disney World -- in 1972! Can you believe it was a walk-up back then :upsidedow! Of course at 7 everything is rather amazing, but who would have thought all these years later, that would be one of the most interesting "facts" today?

N10CJT...Hope you're feeling better. An AAQ with a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down! (Oh my, DW & DD10 are now singing the song:lmao: )

Anyway... Now leaving...Rocket Tower Plaza...Tomorrowland Interplanetary Convention Center...Mickey's Star Traders...Space Mountain...Carousel of Progress (paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow. Your party has arrived from Saturn. Please give them a ring.)...Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin...Metropolis Science Center

This has become our "cult favorite ride". Of course while DD & I ride Space Mt., DW takes a few trips on TTA.

Absolutely correct plutospup -- listed them out no less. That's a DISer for ya. :thumbsup2

Your AAQ is commuting through the cosmos to you as we speak.

Thanks for the well-wishes, guys, I feel much better today! Well, that is until I played my soccer game..... not in the shape I used to be!

The answer to your question, though, plutospup, is Tom Sawyer Island. I believe you can give them to the raft operator and recieve a FastPass.

Hidden paint brushes can be found at Tom Sawyer Island.

A "whitewashed AAQ" to N10CJT!
