I believe Roy O. Disney's name is also above the Ice Cream Parlor; he was Walt's older brother, who finisehed building WDW after Walt passed away.

Are you sure this isn't Splash Mountain?

Walt's name is abovethe ice cream parlor, and is teh only one facing Cinderella Castle.

And I agree that 54 logs is the maximum capacity of Splash Mountain.

Oh, and 3 mins. 34 seconds is how long it takes to eat a Turkey Leg

Guessing on the locations for dining with Princesses:

Minnie is certainly a princess in her own right, so I'll say the Liberty Tree Tavern!

You can dine with the princesses at what used to be called (maybe it still is) King Stephans in Cinderella Castle.

Crystal Palace has the pooh friends.

you can also dine with the princesses at 1920 park fare at the Grand Floridian, which is in sight of the Magic Kingdom

BTW - I just got back from a day with the mouse... I played a round of golf and visited both AK and MGM (briefly for both) -- gotta love being about an hour away.
