If you pay to park in one park and move car to another park, do you have to pay again in the same day?

Nope. Just hang onto your receipt and show it at the booth at the next park.

Nope. Keep the receipt, show it at the auto plaza.

AFAIK, Preferred parking doesn't transfer, so if you pay for it at park #1, you won't park in Preferred at park #2.

No. Parking fees are PER DAY.
However you will need to show your receipt at the next park or you will be charged again.
