Is parking at the resorts free? I am staying at a Disney resort, but plan to explore the other hotels as well, will I be able to park at any resort free of charge? Also, some family members that live in Orlando plan to meet us at our hotel, will they be charged to park?
Thanks!

They will ask you what you're doing there when you arrive. Unless it's a holiday, you can usually just tell them you want to shop and eat, but during really busy periods, they have a list of who has PSs. You'll probably be given a 3-hour pass, so you won't be able to park there for any longer than that.

Guests can come to your resort and park free (except for valet). Just let hotel know they are coming abd that guests have your room number.

You may know this already, but I didn't.

Our first morning we were driving from PO-R to MK & I didn't know how to get the parking pass for the theme parks. So I waited in line at check-in to get a pass & found out it was the same one we already had (it just said Port Orleans-Riverside). The staff was not particularly friendly that morning either. NExt time I'll call the front desk from the room to ask questions.
