Is there a cost for parking while staying at a DVC property?

Generally, no. There is no charge for self-parking, and if you are a DVC owner, there is no charge for valet parking at those properties which have valet.

Also, since you're staying onsite, there is also no charge for parking at the theme parks -- you'll have a parking permit for your dash and that gets you in the theme parks as well as the self-parking at your resort.

No, you can park at DVC resorts, and Disney theme parks free during your stay, just like any other guest at a Disney owned resort.
