parking tips?

I am staying off property forthe first time and need some tips bout parking. We are eating at Chef Mickey's before the MVMCP one night, otherwise we will park and use WDW transport most of the time. Any suggestion sof great places to stash the car????

Please do not park at Contemporary for both Chef Mickey's and MVMCP! I stayed at the Contemporary during December and could never find a parking space on MVMCP nights. That is NOT what Contemporary parking is for.

I would park at the TTC and take the monorail to Chef Mickey's and then either walk or take the monorail to MK for MVMCP.

If you try to park at the Contp. and you don't have a ressi there, they will ask where you are going in the hotel and will give you a 3 hr parking pass. The last time we were there we saw them going through the parking lot looking at the time on the passes and the ones that the time was over something was being put on the cars. I did not go and look, but from where we were it sure looked like a ticket and then when we were in the hotel we heard some of the CMs joking that the hotel was making lots of money that night on cars. Have no idea if the two went together or not.

I would park at the TTC and take the monorail to the Dinner and then the monorail again the xmas party or walk.
