Parking Question

I am going to be staying at AKV, then on a 4 night Wish cruise, ending with a few nights at BWV. I would like to leave my car at the resort, if possible, as it is my grandchildren’s first cruise, and I want to experience the bus ride with them to see their reactions to the ship, etc.

Would I be allowed to leave my car at AKV? Thanks for any advice.

Are you staying on DVC points? If so, I would call DVC Member Services and see what they have to say.

That seems risky. You will only get a legitimate answer from security or maybe the front desk after you check in. If you were returning to the same resort, I would think they'd be okay with it, but since you're changing resorts, I wouldn't leave the car behind.

I looked for a parking lot where we could leave the car and pay, just to have the car on Disney property, but haven’t found any such place.

Pay to park at the port. Not the experience you want but it's the easiest

Have you approached any CMs who handle people issues as opposed to handle car issues? Resort concierges, guest relations staff, tour booking staff, and the like. You could even write in advance of your trip.

Looks like a "land sea land" Disney cruise vacation. I think that a Disney CM who understands the whole picture could come up with a custom tailored solution. Maybe make arrangements at a third resort that has less car traffic.

You want to take a DCL bus to and from the port. You could psrk at MCO. DCL sells transfers between MCO and the port. JMO more trouble then its worth.
