Are you allowed to go in and out of the parking garages more than once in a day at the hotels and citiwalk, without having to repay the daily-rate?

How does the parking at the resorts (particularly PBH) actually work?

Do you have to park in the garage first, then check-in?
Or can you temporarily park your car near the front entrance, check-in then park your car in the garage?

Is it a long walk from the parking garage to the PBH front desk/check-in?

There are different parking areas. If you are staying at the Portafino they have a garage that you have to park in. You can do a drop off of your passengers and luggage at the front door but then you have to park. The Hard Rock is a normal parking lot where you park but you can do the drop off. Both of the resorts you need to pay to park but you can come and go. Your room key will let you in and out. The first time that you park you will get a parking ticket but they will validate it inside and then with your key you can get in and out. The same thing holds true with the main parking garages. As long as you keep the reciept for the day you can come and go.
