Parking fee at Disneyland Hotel

When I booked my room at the Disneyland Hotel it said that a parking charge will be applied at the end of the stay Do they actually charge you if you do not park a car.

When you check in they will ask if you will be parking a car. If you say no, they will not charge you.

Any idea if this is waived for Cast Members? Do people often lie to get out of the charge? I would never do that, but I'm genuinely curious.

My guess is your card key would not be programmed to allow your car out of the garage!

At the Grand Californian, and I assume DLH is the same, the room key card will have "self parking" printed on it.
