Hi

We're staying at HRH for one night in the middle of our stay. Do you go the same way as you would normally. I guess you don't park in the multi-story carpark but is it clearly signposted where you need to go?

Also, what's the best way of getting to the parks from the Hotel. Do you just walk?

We stayed at RPR last April and parked in the hotel parking lot. We had a sat nav and it took us a different (better) route than we would have taken to get to the theme park lot. It was well sign posted. It'll be cheaper too, you'll get two days parking in the hotel lot and only be charged one night's parking fee.

You can walk to the parks or take a boat. We mostly walked as we didn't think the boat got us there any quicker. The path is easy to find.

The boat doesn't get you there quicker, but it's a relaxing journey, rushing is for when I am at home.

You won't have any trouble finding your way to the hotel parking lot. You can either valet or self-park. Neither option is cheap, but assuming you won't be lugging in loads of heavy suitcases, there's no point using valet parking.

It's a very pleasant stroll from HRH to CityWalk. If your destination is the Studios, there's little point taking the boat as the CityWalk dock is almost as far from the entrance as HRH itself. It's possibly worth considering for IoA, but you have to weigh up the potential wait times. Unless you get lucky and a boat is about to depart as you turn up, it's quicker to walk, even at a fairly relaxed pace.

Where are you coming from ?

If it's from I-Drive then just continue straight past the multi-storey parks. You'll go through about 2-3 sets of lights and the HRH is on your left - big guitar, can't miss it.

When you go in the self-parking is on the right but I usually drop DW and the kids at the door and then go and park myself.

Walk to the parks. It's about 5 mins to US and a little more to IOA. We like to get the boat back at night.
