Okay .........we are flying. My parents are driving. We are staying at SOG the first part of our trip and then moving over to the Coronado our last 3 days. We switch the day before Thanksgiving. So...we were thinking of resort hopping a bit that day, maybe eating a meal at one of them........thought we would drive around in their van. SOOOOOOOO if we arent' staying at their hotel, but want to walk around and check it out......how does parking work for that. Say we go by a few before checking into CS....we don't have a parking slip yet saying we are resort guest? Just wondering what to do ?????

When you drive up, just tell the security guard that you're visiting and want to see the resort. They'll either check your photo ID and wave you thru, just wave you thru, or give you a 3-hr pass and wave you thru.

No biggie. We go from resort to resort all the time and usually only the MK resorts give us the 3hr pass. The other resorts they just wave us thru.

At any resort you stay at, you will get a parking pass to display on your car windshield. You will be able to access other resorts with that. Most of the time they will just wave you through. But like previous post stated, you might be stopped and asked to register. Also, the parking pass will get you into the parking lots for the parks without having to pay the parking fee.
