Parking and just going to City Walk

We are going down over Christmas and we would like to do some Christmas shopping at City Walk a couple of days prior to Christmas. We basically just want to go to City Walk for like an hour possibly. I know the parking is in the same parking garage. We can go in the evening and I thought there used to be discounted parking after 6pm but I can't find anything on it. Thanks

General Parking

The enclosed parking garage utilizes moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators, on-site wheelchair rental, and an on-site kennel. Vehicles can leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking ticket.

Daily parking fees per vehicle:
Regular Parking $17.00
Florida Residents Free after 6:00 pm with proof of residency
Proof of Florida Residency: please provide one of the following:
Driver's License
Florida State-issued ID card (must have Florida address)
Restrictions apply, not valid during special events.
Preferred Parking $25.00
RV/Bus Parking $22.00

Yeah I had found that but it doesn't say anything about after 6pm. I used to see signs but I'm not sure if they do it anymore where it's $5 after 6

We got the after-6 discounted rate when we were there on August 24th .

We had taken a break from the parks once. Coming back there were all sorts of cars stopped out in front of the pay booths. We pulled up to ask one car's occupants about what was going on. He said they were waiting for the hour to hit so that they could pay the evening rate. Since we had already parked earlier and had our ticket, we just went through. It was funny to see all those people 'hovering' though.
