Hiya Everyone
Ok, so generally what do you tend to do. We are going to Chef Mickeys for Breakfast for my Nephews birthday and as we are staying in a Villa we will be driving to Contemporary, we will then be spending the rest of the day at MK, i know that this has been debated before but what would you do, would you leave your car at Contemporary and get the Monorail in or would you drive back to the Parking Lot for MK. Or would you not even drive to the resort would you park up and catch the monorail to Chef Mickeys?
What would you do, we have only ever had breakfast at Donalds Breakfastasaurus and you don't have that problem there.
Thanks for reading
Ali

Hi,

You can only park at Chef Mickey's for up to 3 hours, so I would imagine you would not want to leave your car at the Contemporary and go to Magic Kingdom for the day.

As we stay in a villa also what we would probably do is park in the MK parking lot , catch the monorail and get off when you arrive at Chef Mickey's then catch monorail after breakfast to the park.

When we were at CM in 2006, there was of a lot of building work in the car park and it was restricted at little bit and it wasnt easy to find a parking space, and we had early ADRS too.

Johnny is right you can only park for 3 hours and i dont think we could have paid to stay longer either , so think you will have to move your car, or as Johnny says park at MK .

Johnny glad to 'see' you again, the Dis has been lonely without you and Obi and your great pearls of wisdom.

Thanks Cheryl

Can't really comment on anyone else's absence but I am here anyway.

It can be difficult to find a parking space at the Contemporary at the best of times and, as cherjp says, things are even trickier at the moment. I'd be inclined to park at the TTC and take the monorail. After your breakfast you can walk to MK from the Contemporary - it only takes 5 minutes and it's not something you'd normally get the opportunity to experience.

Just to confirm from staying at the Contemporary and Polynesian they give the three hour ticket for people going to chef Mickeys and are strict as some people in the past tried to leave the car there and spend the day at MK.

They also require Photo ID at the barrier so take it, otherwise you cannot get in.

Hiya
Thank you so much for your information as we haven't had a meal at a resort before i didn't want to commit a faux pas.
Many Thanks
Ali
