Hi all, I thought I would ask my query here on the disboard before contacting the hotel as I am sure you guys will answer me alot faster than waiting for them to get back to me!!!

Wondering if anyone knows if the bunkbed/queen rooms at the PVI are on the 2nd floor. I have read on many threads that if staying there you should request a 2nd floor room because of the noise. I would love to do this but don't know if the room I'm booked in is even up there!!

I don't know, but we have that same room type booked in June. Maybe we should request a 2nd level room as well.

I'm not sure, but the times I have booked a queen/bunkbed room, it has been on the ground floor.
However, I prefer the ground floor, as I need the bunkbed room because of my 3 kids. I prefer to be on the ground floor, mainly so i am not the cause of a noise complaint if we had people underneath us.

When staying on the first floor, did you notice others being louder than normal? Or is pretty much the same, like other moderate hotels?

We were in a queen/bunk/trundle room on the second floor in January. There were some rooms not being used when we were there and the curtains were open in these rooms .... I did see q/b on both floors.
