Anyone that has stayed here, what is the cheapest nightly you've paid. Right now for my trip in October it's at about $750 for 7 nights, 8 days; is that a good deal?

I would say it is pretty good, but we did pay less while staying there in Dec 09. We paid $655 for 7 nights. We thought this was a great price, especially given the location and that breakfast was included.

The Park Vue Inn staff were great.

Yeah exactly, no matter what I'm still going to book it because it's closer lol. I paid $345 for the HoJo in October this past year and right now their prices for the same time period are at $989!! Might at well stay across the street since it's cheaper lol

We're staying 5 nights at the beginning of March at the Park Vue. It ended up averaging $90/night before tax, so a total of $517 including tax for the entire stay.

Alright so I should just expect to pay 100 a night at least :) It's 109 a night right now and to book it I just have to pay the first night upfront so I think i'm going to watch it until March and if it doesn't change I'm just going to book it. If it goes up i'm going to book it ASAP but if anything it'll go down not up since the trip isn't until October

I would book it as the Park Vue does fill up, due to it's location. My last trip in was unexpected and they did not have any rooms available. If you find a better deal you can always cancell and get your money back. On that trip I ended up using Priceline. I was not within walking distance, but ART was available. I paid $50.00 a nite plus tax, and parking fees. Which totalled more like $75.00 a night.:tink:

Thank god my trip isn't until October lol, i'll book it at the end of this month :)

For anyone who is planning on staying at the Park Vue soon, I just got an email from them about 2 specials they're running. It's listed on their webpage. One is a 20% discount, the other is a room/park hopper discount.

Hope this helps someone! :)

I'm guessing that $109 is the rate, not including taxes...a small surprise we ran into on our Nov trip.
