Park to park transportation

Sorry if this question has been asked a million times . . .

We're staying at POP and planning to use the Disney busses to get to and from the parks from our hotel. What is suggested for park-to-park transit? Does it make sense to bus back to our hotel, and then to the next park? Or is there some central hub for changing busses? Or do I need a more complicated algorithym, if it depends on which parks we're hopping between?

Thanks in advance for clueing me in. I'm a Disney intermediate (been to WDW just twice, DL more times than I can count but mostly as a kid myself, Tokyo DL once).

Park to park transportation is easy and direct to the front of each park except MK.

To/from MK, you will need to go through the Transportation and Ticket Center....TTC. From the TTC, you can get to/from MK via ferry or express monorail. Walt wanted the approach to the MK to be part of the experience.

From each park, you will have the following options

From Epcot:
to AK: non stop direct bus
to TTC (MK): monorail
to MGM: non stop direct bus, boat or walk

From MGM
to AK: non stop direct bus
To TTC (MK): non stop direct bus
To Epcot: non stop direct bus, boat or walk

From AK:
to MGM : non stop direct bus
to Epcot: non stop direct bus
To TTC (MK): non stop direct bus

From TTC (MK):
to MGM: non stop direct bus
to epcot: monorail
to AK: non stop direct bus
