Park to Park tickets and HP

Hi. Am I correct that we would need park to park to ride the train to and from Harry Potter? We've never been to USO and I am thinking we may go this summer. Thanks!

They have the ability to upgrade you right there, from what I've noticed, so you'd have disappointment and then you'd pull out your CC.

But actually I think they have signs telling you of the need for the p2p, so you'd know before you got to the TM at the line for the train.
