Park to Park Buses

With park hopping not permitted until 2 p.m., do buses go between parks prior to that time?

For example, I hit Animal Kingdom first thing in the morning. I then want to get to the front of Hollywood Studios to take a Friendship Boat to the Boardwalk area for lunch. Will there be a bus going from Animal Kingdom to Hollywood Studios? (note: I know I could take a bus from AK to a Boardwalk-area resort)

They start around 1:30. I would plan on taking the bus from DAK to the Boardwalk.
