Simple question. We will be buying 6 day park hoppers for our Sept DVC stay (on a relatives points). Will be buying them likely right here on the DIS for the niced discounted rate (even better than the AAA discount!).

Can the park tix be added to our room key at check in so we don't have to keep track of two separate ticket media?

I assume it could be done if we paid full rate for the tix and bought them from Disney at check in?

Yes, they should be able to be added to your room key, AFAIK.

I think have it all on the room key is overrated, personally. We like our tix separate. Makes it easier for a FP volunteer to hold all the tickets, while everyone else still has their KTTW card for room charging, dining credits, or even a return trip to the room.

Only two of us (DH and I) so we are always together.

Yes you can add them to your KTTW card at the resort or Guest Services.

I don't see the real benefit either and any unused days can be a hassle to keep track of. Don't destroy your room key like others have done if you have any days left.

We will be using all of the days we purchase. Just a personal preference to have everything on one ticket.

The concierge desk at BWV did this for us in March with no problems. We originally had them separate, but after a few days decided it was easier to just carry one card.

We also prefer to have our tickets put on our room key. We do it for every trip. The CMs at the check in desk can't do it, so you just need to go to concierge desk and they will take care of it for you.
