Park time killers?

Thanks everybody! Those are all great ideas!

Also, if you find that you are killing time waiting to use a FP, you can try to move your return time up. Depending on the attraction, some will have almost immediate availability.

How do you do that? Do you have to do it at a kiosk? Or can you do it on your app?

Either. Once you have a FP booked, (either your first three from the app or computer, or a 4th from a kiosk), you can move them on the app.

Since you have an hour window, there's a lot of time before your window ends if you are waiting until your window starts.

Magic Kingdom - the train, People Mover, Tiki Birds, walkway from new Fantasyland to Tomorrowland, a Dole Whip
Epcot - taking in a few countries in World Showcase, Circle of Life film in The Land, Journey into Imagination, Captain EO
Studios - AFI Store (if it's still around), Star Tours (often a 10 minute stand by time and even if you are riding it with a FastPass, it will be different this time)
Animal Kingdom - lots - Flights of Wonder, Rafiki's Planet Watch, either of the walking trails, walking around the Tree of Life

This was where My Magic+ was so valuable. We'd exit a ride and I'd check, quickly, the wait times of the rides around us. Short line? Off we went. If I wanted to get closer to a hard stop (FP+ or ADR) I'd use the app to see what the waits were like around them. We were never sitting around looking for something to do. It was pretty easy to be as active as we wanted to be.
