Park tickets and room package

I have a Disney package vacation with room, tickets and dining. I just did this and hence all I have is the deposit of $200 on the package cost now. I have like 200 days before the trip starts.

Anyway, I'm in My Disney Experience app and I see acknowledgement of my 3 guests including myself and our resort and our dates. Everything looks good. It shows MYW park tickets.

When I go to the park ticket section of the app the guests are not showing up. I see a faded page in the background with everyone's name, but it's like the tickets are in limbo.

With a room package I'll be getting magic bands and I know my ticket number info should be on them. Magic bands will come way after my 60 day mark to do fastpass +. So, can you make your fastpass plus + reservations at your 60 day mark if you don't have your ticket numbers yet?

So, will my ticket page suddenly appear with everyone on it when my fastpass + time comes around at 60 days; so, I can make my reservations?

Is the problem that I haven't paid more into the package to cover the cost of the tickets yet for it to show up in the app?

Is this normal or should I be calling Disney about this?

I hope I explained it well enough. I wasn't sure where to post; so, I hope this was the right place. This is my first trip with magic bands and the app use; so, I'm just concerned everything goes right.

I would log in to MDE from a laptop as it is easier to navigate than the app on your phone. Click on "My Reservations and Tickets" and make suer everyone has a ticket assigned to their name. If this is not the case, you will not be able to make FP+ selections for the rest of your party. It's an easy fix to call WDW and have them sprinkle the pixie dust on the computer to make the tickets "show up".

I had to do this for our upcoming trip because I had two tickets in my name and no tickets in my mother's name. Just make sure everyone who is traveling has a ticket assigned to their name BEFORE your Fastpass window (even for ADRs) so that you won't have any problems trying to make reservations for everyone.

I guess I will call to make sure. My desktop is looking funny on this, as well.

You don't need to. As said above, everything will be correct at 60 days. It's so that you cannot use those package tickets before you use the booked package.

This is what my "tickets" look like now. There's only one name next to "Assigned to" even though there are 3 people in my package.

Okay, I'll try to calm down about this right now.

Definitely do. :)

It's your complete "package" that opens the window at exactly 60 days out. You don't see Tickets ahead of time due to your "package." This is explained in the FP FAQ at the top of this forum.

I was nervous my first time with a package, positive I'd be up at midnight (as it was then) for those FP+ reservations, and I'd have no tickets. But, all was fine.
