We have a trip planned for December, and we have another family joining us after the first few days of our trip. We have made separate reservations for them at BCV in a separate 1BR unit. They will be at WDW for 2 days (offsite) before they join us at BCV, so they will be purchasing 8 day tickets with park hoppers for themselves. When they check in to their room at BCV, they will have already used 1 or 2 days on their tickets. Will they be able to transfer the remaining unused days of their tickets to their room keys for BCV? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes! They can. Just take the partially used ticket and your room key to the hotel concierge and they can do it for you. They will not be able to do it at the park ticket window. It must be done at the hotel.

Oh, thanks for the tip. I always carry both the park ticket and the key. Didn't realize I could add the ticket to the key.

The ticket can only be added to the key if it is a standard magic your way ticket.

Annual passes can not be added to your room key.

Thanks for the responses. We have annual passes and I was aware that these couldn't be added to the room but I wasn't sure about the partially used tickets. Great to know! Thanks again.

We had 10 day park hoppers non expiring with waterpark option that curled up in the water last summer and the front desk exchanged them for hard plastic tickets. It is great to not have to worry about them getting wet anymore! Only concern is mixing them up with our old room tickets. :rotfl:
