Park tickets and dining plan

Think I know this answer, just want to be 100% sure. In order to get the dining plan, I have to order my MYW tickets and hotel through Disney, correct? If I just book a room and get tickets through Ticketmania or AAA, I can't get the dining plan?

If you book your hotel room thorugh AAA and get tickets from them then it is a package and you can get the dining plan.
