Park tickets and Dining plan- Can I save& upgrade tix

We are going for 7 nights and are considering purchasing the DP. I already bought tickets from undercover tourist, but I would still have to buy one day park tickets for 2 adults, 2 kids to be eligible for DP purchase. Could I upgrade those one days to multi day tickets on another trip?

Yes, just ask for the park tickets to be removed from the KTTW card and then keep them in a safe place. Whenever you end up going in the future, you can then upgrade them to whatever you need. As a note, if you are looking at a free dining plan promotion (they're rumored to be coming out on the 12th for this fall), you will likely have to purchase 2 day tickets for everyone. Of course, these also can be upgraded next time, so if you know you're going to use them at some point, you're not really losing anything.

I would do a pretty hard look at the numbers for the dining plan though, as unless it's well planned, you may end up spending more than you normally would. It can work out in your favor, but again, requires planning and the desire to dine in the way the plan is structured (e.g. pick the plan to fit your vacation, not fit your vacation around a plan).

Thanks for your response. I am trying to figure out if we would spend more Oop for meals. We have two children who like to go to chef mickeys and crystal palace, we like via Napoli and le cellier, wanted to try mama melrose's and Trex plus rest counter services.
We didn't know if we would end up paying more than the DDP costs!
