Park Ticket on Phone. How to get FP?

My friend is taking her daughter to DL tomorrow for her birthday. She does not have physical park tickets to use on the FP machines. The tickets came to her in an email and she loaded them on her phone. What does she have to do to get a ticket for FP machines? Go to the windows at the park entrance when they arrive?

Almost all tickets sold through third parties are going to essentially be vouchers that are exchanged at the gate for a regular paper ticket (that can be used for FP). Tickets sold at the ticket window or a hotel's "Disney Desk" will be actual paper tickets.

Pro Tip: once you GET that paper ticket, take a quick photo of the front and back of the actual physical ticket. Should an issue arise, it makes replacing it a MUCH easier process if needed.
