Park Savers Tickets

Hello! We are looking at heading to Universal for one day on October 25. I was looking at tickets on Park Savers, but I am confused as to whether I would need to buy the 'anytime' verses the 'value' ticket option for the 1 day park-to-park tickets. I want to be sure I'm paying the least amount of money for our tickets but still be ensured we will actually be able to use them on our date, and I am a complete newbie with Universal so I haven't a clue how any of that works.

Any guidance/suggestions/information yall can share on purchasing tickets for an Oct 25 date is appreciated!
