Park ressie needed for ADR

With all the rule changes at WDW I wanted to confirm that I don’t need park reservations or tickets before I make an ADR.

You can make an ADR without a park reservation or park tickets. But if the restaurant you're eating at is in a park, you will need admission and a park reservation to actually get to the restaurant.

you do not need park reservation to make an ADR but an ADR does not help you get a park reservation if reservations are full for that time.

You don't necessarily need a park reservation for the park where the restaurant is located if you have hoppers and the reservation is after 2PM. We do this all the time with no issue.

This. you can make an ADR without a Park Pass, but can't get into the park for your ADR without a park pass.
Except when the new rules for AP's go into effect IF you have an AP.
