We haven’t been since pre pandemic and gave up our APs previously we are always last minute bookers since I’m self employed and my work loads vary we are looking to go the end of June maybe buying a dvc reservation Allready booked since we can’t get anything at gf poly or beach/boardwalk our usual resorts I see that in the general ticketing reservation system mk and hs are booked out if I was to have a reservation is there a different pool of theme park reservations or is this for all reservations if I was to buy a booking and not be able to visit MK or HS sometime in the last 2 weeks in June it would make it kinda moot we will probably buy APs again instead of daily tickets if this would also help. Appreciate any information I haven’t been up to date with all the new scheduling and regulations so kinda jumping into this before the pandemic we went 10 times the year before and all were booked a few weeks before

With some further investigating it looks like this would be pretty impossible since our son turned 3 and it looks pretty difficult to get out APs reinstated and then hope we could get him one too many hoops july looks pretty open and there are some reservations for the GF my favorite hotel so I guess that is just a whole lot simpler

APs are not currently available for purchase by the general public. If you had one canceled by the pandemic, you may be eligible for a "recovery AP" but if you gave yours up prior to that it's unlikely you could purchase one. If you are eligible for "recovery" I believe you would also be allowed to purchase one for the 3-yr-old. It will require a call to get put on a list for a return call in ~30 days.

Theme park reservations are completely separate from resort reservations or even tickets. Having one does not guarantee the other. And yes, theme park reservations are pretty slim through mid-July at this point. I expect July and August may book up shortly as well so I would recommend making your plans sooner rather than later.

Thanks yea we would be eligible since we got refunded during the pandemic the more I look into it the more disappointed I am with so much stuff missing that we have become so accustomed to I’m not sure it’s worth it for us with two small kids and the convenience options of mini vans, fast passes, and numerous other perks unavailable

Your feelings are shared by many who have decided to wait before returning.
