We are stayine 1 night at Hard Rock. Which park is better for a 2 year old and 4 year old? Could we do half day at each or just hit one. Any suggestions????

I'm having the same problem. We are going in March and will do one day at US or IOA or buy a 1 day/ 2 park ticket ( but i'm not sure, because I don't want to rush everyone around)
I am kind of leaning towards US. Barney is there with a Barney Show, there are alot of characters my dd's will love like spongebob, Dora, curious george, rugrats, shrek, and more.
But IOA has a Spiderman breakfast and 3-D show that my dss will love. so I might go to IOA for opening and breakfast with Spiderman, then go over to Seuss Landing and then over to US for the rest of the day. But like I said I dont' want to wear anyone out so still not sure if 2 parks in one day will be a good idea. :charac4:

I think that sounds like a good idea. Visit the kids stuff at one in the AM and the kids stuff at the other in the PM. Is Dora at US? My daughter would love that! I wish they were open later!

I am going to be rushing them which would make me feel bad.

Do you guys know of any good restaurants in US and City Walk where an 8 and 12 year old would enjoy?
We will be there October 24.
Thank you.

I would pick one park with a 2 and 4 year old. Universal would most likely be my choice. Thay can spend lots of time at Curious george area and there is Barney as well as Nick characters (Dora, Rugrats, Spongebob, Jimmy N, and others). Universal also has more family rides. It would seem too rushed to try and do both with kids that age. Don't forget that by staying onsite one night you are entitled to 2 days of Universal Express so if you could swing 2 days it would be worthwhile.

Just about every restaurant is child friendly. I actually havent been to one at Universal that wasnt. Margaritaville is usually a hit with the kids for its lively atmosphere and erupting volcano. NBA City and NASCAR Cafe are also in my top picks for the kids. Mythos and Confiscos inside IOA are good choices too.
