My parents have just invited me to stay with them and my niece at the Animal Kingdom Lodge from 4/1-4/6!!!

I've never been to Disney during peak season- I've always gone in the fall and have never had to wait on lines. I'll be in charge of scheduling park visits and was wondering what were some good strategies for avoiding the most crowded times.

Epcot during the day- Disney at night??? Avoid Disney on Saturday?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Thank you!

Unless you are going to take advantage of EMH-- stay away from that park on that day. If you're gonna use it--- it's a great way to get some major attractions out of the way early. I, personally, try to avoid the parks on the weekends at all costs. That is usually our "down" time. But that's just our personal opinion.

If you really hate crowds, and want DD, then go on a weekday. Always seems quieter then.

Use FP to the best you can. The only thing, is when it gets really busy, they go quickly. You're leaving in a few days-- HAVE FUN!!
