Park passes disappeared from MDE

Wondering if anyone has had all of their park tickets disappear from My Disney Experience.

All of our tickets and passes disappeared from the app and site this last week. I called and spent 50 min on the phone with Disney with no luck getting them back yet.

Yes! All of our tickets disappeared as well. The park reservations, dining, resort reservation are all there, but no tickets. Even annual passes disappeared.

We have APs, a comp ticket and some of the old non-expiring tickets. None are showing under tickets and passes, but I was able to make a park reservation and they showed up as part of the reservation process. Very strange.

We already had our reservations done as our trip starts on Saturday. I guess we'll see what happens. It'll be easier to get support in person rather than on the phone if we end up needing it.

Still no tickets showing. Maybe they are slowly restoring the services

Our tickets returned this morning.....phew!

Ours are back as well!

I immediately took screenshots of all of our tickets/passes and have them saved away now.
